Trivia: Director David Paulson is better known as a screenwriter. During the 1980s, he worked extensively on several well-known TV series like Dallas, Dynasty and Knot's Landing. Christopher Allport (Nicky) appeared in Season 1 of Mad Men in what was meant to be a recurring role. His character was killed off in Season 2 after his untimely death in an avalanche while skiing near Los Angeles in 2008.
